Winter doesn't have to mean headaches for pool owners. With proper preparation, pool winterizing can go off without a hitch. The Winter Air Pillow can help. When the 4' x 4' Winter Air Pillow is tied securely in the middle of the pool surface or attached using the "Pillow Pal" , it allows water on top of the cover to be diverted around the perimeter to help hold the cover down during high winds. It also helps to absorb the pressure of freezing water in an above ground swimming pool during winter. To install, simply inflate the pillow, tie a small rope to each built-in eyelet, and secure the pillow to the middle of the pool (or use the Pillow Pal). Install the winter cover over the pool with the pillow below. Then add 1''-2" of water to the top of the cover for added weight and stability.
