T40 Fiberglass Inground Pool by River Pools - Available in the Indianapolis Market Only
Our meticulous process begins with the mold, the key element that shapes your pool's future. We take great care to preserve the mold’s integrity using our state-of-the-art manufacturing campus. Our facility is specially designed to protect molds from factors that could compromise their quality. By storing molds indoors and transporting them on flat surfaces, we minimize the risk of damage.
Every phase of our process, crafting, curing, trimming, and prepping is carried out indoors to shield your pool from external elements. This ensures that your pool is not only beautiful on the outside but also durable and reliable on the inside, providing you and your family with countless summers of enjoyment.
Gelcoat - Our pool surface gelcoat is engineered for both durability and luxury. It offers a sleek, smooth finish that resists algae growth and withstands the wear and tear of everyday use, including scratches from dog claws. At River Pools, we utilize only top-quality gelcoat, ensuring your pool not only looks stunning but also remains resilient and long-lasting.
Chopped and Hand-Laid Roving Fiberglass - Our pools feature a sophisticated blend of chopped fiberglass and hand-laid roving, combined with 100 percent polyester resin in multiple layers. This technique ensures that your pool achieves exceptional strength and durability. Chopped fiberglass provides even reinforcement throughout the pool structure, while hand-laid roving enhances overall strength. This meticulous approach results in a pool that is robust, reliable, and built to endure years of enjoyment.
Vinyl Ester Resin Barrier - We apply a vinyl ester resin barrier coat to protect your pool from potential blistering and maintain its surface finish. This advanced layer acts as a shield, preserving the pool’s smooth and attractive appearance over time. By incorporating this barrier, we boost the longevity and durability of your pool, providing you with a lasting investment in your backyard.
Honeycomb Core - To maximize strength and stability, we use a honeycomb core structure throughout our pools. This innovative technique adds vertical and horizontal supports to key areas such as steps, benches, tanning ledges, and vertical walls. The honeycomb core enhances the pool’s durability and resilience, ensuring it stands up to years of use while maintaining its structural integrity.
