First, they start with a rugged outer layer that withstands exposure to all sorts of irritants, like moisture, water, insects, UV and more. The rugged outer layer fends off outside elements that a Wicker Chaise Lounge Cover should. But the covering gives just as much attention to what’s happening on the inside. Furniture covers that are rough and rugged to protect from the outside often don’t protect wicker from scratches and rubbing. Or, flaky cotton inner layers pull off onto the furniture and degrade over time. The PCI cover is backed with a 4 ounce fleece polypropylene backing. The backing is compressed into a solid sheet and laminated onto the vinyl for superior performance that leaves wicker chaise lounges looking stellar after one night—or one year—of non-use.
