The Adventure Outlook XL 2 by Backyard Adventures offers a super-sized opportunity for all kinds of fun; swinging, sliding, climbing, and just hanging out. The fantastic fort features over 25 square feet of playing area. It has a 5' high deck, a wood roof with gable kit, and a multitude of ways to access it. It includes an accessory arm with a rope ladder, monkey bars, a climbing wall and an amazing 10' Rocket slide. The swing beam is 8' high and has ample room for the two belt swings and trapeze bar. This quality play set has a 10 year warranty on all the wood and metal components and hardware.
